Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") published by Granite Forge Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These terms supplement any applicable terms from Apple Inc. related to the App Store and your use of apps distributed through it.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App or its content, except as permitted by applicable law.
App Functionality
Cascade
Cascade is a personal finance planning tool that generates projections, roadmaps, and action plans based on data you provide. All calculations are performed locally on your device.
Cascade does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Projections are mathematical estimates based on your inputs — they are not guarantees. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.
Your Data
All data you enter is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, synced via Apple's CloudKit. We do not have access to your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you enter and for backing up your devices.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Granite Forge Studios LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand features, or other proprietary content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Granite Forge Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on projections or calculations provided by the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Granite Forge Studios LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
